Merion Square

A professional couple and their family lived in an older, undersized Victorian home in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Their goal? More space. They needed an addition to expand and update their living spaces, along with a complete renovation of the remaining structure – from a new kitchen to individual bedrooms for each child and a master suite for themselves. But the real challenge was matching the new construction to the period style of the existing home.

A Period-Perfect Addition and Complete Renovation

A new addition built in the Victorian-style blended seamlessly with the existing structure, giving our customer expanded living areas – a new family room, kitchen, master suite, and back porch. By reconfiguring the bedroom spaces, each child now had their own bedroom.
